This dojo sits in the heart of Willcox. Classes are taught out of The SPRING Student Center next to the Chevron station at the North West corner of Haskell and Maley. The instructors for the Willcox Dojo are Renshi Scott Jaronske and his son, Sensei Michael Jaronske. AOKA Willcox teaches self-defense techniques, kata (forms), sparring, and weapons training. There are three tournaments a year for the students to participate in. We are currently accepting students for a new program called Chanbara, the Japanese art of sword fighting. The students use foam swords while learning the techniques of the ancient art. Chanbara class will be held on Wednesday nights from 6-7:30pm.
